Suggestions for Successful Nutrition Habits
✔️ Eat whole, unprocessed foods (ideally single ingredient foods)
✔️ Focus on lean protein as your primary ingredient for each meal
✔️ Give yourself some grace and avoid back-to-back poor choices
Sample of one day of eating:
☕️🍳 Breakfast:
1 cup of coffee with collagen
2 Eggs, 2 egg whites, scrambled with some veggies, Ezekiel toast with a light coat of jelly, handful of berries
🍓 Snack:
Forager yogurt mixed with protein of choice + strawberries, drizzle of nut butter and honey, topped lightly with low sugar granola
🥗 Lunch:
Chicken Breast and rice with black beans, Pico De Gallo, few avocado slices
🫐 Snack:
Cottage cheese, handful of berries, drizzle of honey
🍽️ Dinner:
Steak, stir fry veggie mix (have fun with this), few wedges of a sweet potato
🍫 Treat:
Dark Chocolate and dates
