God is good.At the Nashville Fit Games, our team proudly proclaimed "God is good!" as we donned our shirts and headed into the event. The Factory in Franklin, TN, was a beautiful backdrop for the competition, with its revitalized old building setting the stage for an exciting day. Coach Dusan, competing in the 40+ Masters division, faced some challenges navigating the course but kept pushing through, while Lyndie and Emily, our fierce ladies, conquered the team event with a strong 1st-place performance in their heat. As the day unfolded, our athletes tackled everything from heavy lifts and rowing to log presses, lunges, and even a crowd-favorite tug of war. What truly made the day unforgettable, however, was the sense of community and fellowship. We supported each other, learned new lessons, and celebrated together, fueled by gratitude and good food. Despite the exhaustion, our hearts were full, and we left with memories to treasure. "In everything you do, give thanks, do it for the Lord and with excellence" (Col 3:17). Yes, God is good!
